Store No. 5 is in Railway Village inside Miaoli Railway Museum, a relaxed stop for families, railway fans and travellers.

By train: exit toward the rear station, enter the museum and continue to Railway Village.
The museum has no dedicated car park. Paid parking and metered street spaces are available near the rear station, with paid parking also near the front station.
